Little Havana is on every tourist list, but almost everyone does it wrong. Show up at 8am, when the ventanitas are pulling the first coladas and the domino tables at Máximo Gómez Park are already three games deep.
Order a cortadito and a guava pastelito, watch the regulars slap dominoes like they mean it, and walk Calle Ocho west before the heat and the crowds roll in.
